Workout Goal

Truth be told, I just haven't been able to get back into my work out routine.
As a previous athlete in cross country, track and swimming, I was at the top of my game, but after a couple of years of not competing, it's been downright hard to be motivated. 
 
I keep telling myself no excuses, but dam!! it's hard at times and I cant exactly pin point why it's a struggle for me. I recently had small talk with a coach and am reflecting back on what I said, " I am just burned out..my fuel is empty.."  and I realized at home that's not how I want to feel.
 
So, chikas, esta semana (this week) I'm re-committing myself to have a turn around point towards my fitness goals. I haven't shared this before, but I feel that some of you maybe on the same boat as me and I want you to know you are not alone.

It an easy questionnaire that will help you narrow down what you like and at the end it will recommended a workout, but don't feel bad if the results are the total opposite.  Because when I took mine it said Yogi and couldn't disagree because I love yoga, but I also like to do Crossfit.
