Casa Artelexia: Dia de los Muertos

This past Saturday night was fun as I got to explore "Dia de los Muertos" at Casa Artelexia.
The store's colorful walls, art and crafts speak in volumes with some of Mexico's beautiful culture.
Every corner was filled with unique pieces, but most of all told a story.

The Mexican culture is unique because it's not all the same(like most people think) it has different languages, food, and traditions, but there is one common tradition known as the "day of the dead."
A tradition that includes building private altars called ofrendas, honoring the deceased using sugar skulls, marigolds, and the favorite foods and beverages of the departed.

So, if you have a chance this October,
stop by and visit  Casa Artelexia and get to know Mexico's cultura.
